Fountain Square

Fountain Square Park is known for its elegant musical fountain, which enthralls people with its carefully crafted water and light dances. Visitors are introduced to a magical ambiance as the square comes alive with vibrant colors and rhythmic water displays as the sun sets.

The Fountain Square Park is home to two fountains. The little "English Fountain" is one, and the large "Central Fountain" is the other.

While the central fountain is attractive during the day, its colorful lights really make it stand out at night. Three levels allow the water to flow from top to bottom. The water jet is roughly thirty feet in the air.

The central fountain has a "water screen" installed in it. With the aid of a projector, a light and sound show featuring a video documentary of Rajasthani folk culture and art is presented on this screen.

Ten arches and four stone-carved Chhatri (semi-open dome-shaped cenotaphs) were built in Fountain Square Park in Mansarovar to increase its beauty. Bharatpur's Bansi Paharpur stone is used to make the chhatris.
